At Costa Sports Pro (CSPRO) Academy, we are dedicated to empowering young people from Zimbabwe’s ghettos. We provide access to football training and educational opportunities right in the heart of Chitungwiza. We believe in nurturing not just their athletic talent but their personal growth, helping them to build brighter futures both on and off the field.
OUR OPERATIONS
FOOTBALL
At CSPRO Academy, we focus on developing young football talents from the ghetto by offering structured training programs and access to professional coaching. Our goal is to empower youth through sports while providing them with opportunities to showcase their skills at national and international levels
SCHOOL
We believe that education is as critical as sports. Through our partnership with institutions like the University of Amsterdam, we provide academic support, life skills workshops, and personal development programs to ensure our players succeed on and off the pitch.
COMMUNITY
CSPRO Academy is deeply rooted in the community. We work to empower youth through various outreach programs, promoting health, wellness, and personal development. Our aim is to not only produce great footballers but to foster strong leaders who will give back to their communities
OUR SUCCESS STORIES
At CSPRO Academy, we believe in the power of football and education to transform lives. Our academy has seen incredible success stories, from local community uniting, partnering with a local school to international opportunities. One of our proudest achievements is the visit to the Czech Republic, where our coach and two talented players had life-changing experiences that opened doors to further learning.
